Our Approach to Authenticity
Trust is at the center of The Haus Archive.
Every designer item accepted into The Archive is carefully reviewed for condition, construction, materials, hardware, branding, serial/date code details when available, and overall consistency with the brand and style.
Our Process:
We review each piece before listing and may use third-party authentication support when needed. Items that cannot be reasonably reviewed or supported are not accepted for sale.
Why Details Matter:
For certain designer pieces, authentication review may depend on details such as serial numbers, date codes, interior stamps, hardware markings, stitching, materials, receipts, certificates, packaging, or other supporting information.
Our Standard:
The Haus Archive does not knowingly sell counterfeit items. If an item cannot meet our review standards, we reserve the right to decline or return it to the consignor.
Important Disclaimer:
Authentication is based on available information, item review, and supporting resources at the time of evaluation. The Haus Archive reserves the right to decline any item that cannot be reviewed with confidence.
